The five hazards of high temperature to injection moulding, please pay attention to them.

Injection moulding machine is the most widely used processing machinery in plastic processing industry. Not only a large number of products can be directly produced by injection moulding machine, but also it is the key equipment to constitute injection-pull-blow process. In the process of injection moulding, many enterprises will find that the temperature rise of injection moulding machine is too high. In fact, this will do great harm to injection moulding machinery and equipment, which will bring the following five major hazards:
One of the hazards: causing thermal deformation of machinery. The motion elements with different thermal expansion coefficients in hydraulic components are stuck because of their smaller cooperation with novices, resulting in movement failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and leading to the deterioration of the working quality of the components.
Hazard Two: Cause the viscosity of oil to decrease. If the temperature of the injection moulding machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, the volume efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will decrease significantly. Because the oil viscosity decreases, the oil film of moving components such as sliding valves becomes thinner and cut, and the friction resistance increases, which leads to worsening.
Hazard 3: Lead to the change of the shape of rubber seals. The high temperature of injection moulding machine will cause the deformation of rubber seals, accelerate the aging failure, reduce the sealing performance and lead to the use of time, and cause leakage.
Harm 4: Accelerate oil oxidation deterioration. The high temperature of the injection moulding machine will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt, and reduce the time consumed by hydraulic oil. Precipitates plug the damper orifices and slot-type orifices, causing pressure valves to become stuck and unable to move, metal pipelines to stretch and bend, or even break.
Hazard Fifth: Causes the component work quality to drop. The high temperature of injection moulding machine will lead to the decrease of working quality of components, the escape of dissolved air in oil and the appearance of cavitation, which will lead to the decrease of working performance of hydraulic system.
